What you will do
- Define and operationalize agentic AI use cases to deliver measurable business value and ROI.
- Translate emerging technologies, including LLM platforms (OpenAI, AWS, Azure), into strategic outcomes.
- Develop business architecture, capability models, and target state roadmaps.
- Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to connect business strategy to execution.
- Lead executive-level workshops and strategic decision-making forums.
- Contribute to practice development and AI thought leadership frameworks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
- Proven experience with AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (Salesforce Agentforce, OpenAI, AWS, Azure).
- Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy, including Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and AI.
- Expertise in business architecture and operating model design.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Understanding of contact center technologies, business processes, and metrics.
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance, particularly in regulated environments.
