AI Engineer (AI/Python): Designing and implementing scalable AI workflows and agentic foundations to automate internal GTM processes with an accent on LLM orchestration and RAG systems. Focus on building the integration layer between foundational LLMs and the core GTM stack, developing AI data infrastructure, and deploying intuitive AI interfaces.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland). Must be based in Poland and able to work from the Warsaw office (standard days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: 26,417 - 29,583 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Architect the AI integration layer between foundational LLMs and core GTM stacks such as Salesforce and Databricks.
• Design prompting strategies, orchestration logic, and tool integrations for AI systems to reason over context and take action.
• Build AI data infrastructure, including retrieval pipelines and RAG systems.
• Deploy intuitive AI interfaces, including Slack apps and Chrome extensions.
• Lead the transition from POC to production, optimizing architectures for performance, security, and scale.
• Collaborate with GTM and RevOps stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and integration.
• Proven experience building AI-powered applications, agents, or LLM-powered automations.
• Hands-on expertise with agent frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building business-critical workflows using iPaaS platforms like n8n, Workato, or Zapier.
• Business-first mindset with an understanding of GTM motions.
• Must be based in Poland to fulfill the hybrid office requirements in Warsaw.
