What you will do

• Develop strategic communication plans and campaign messaging across email, app, SMS, and web channels.
• Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for a high volume of campaigns.
• Steward the organizational voice to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Use data and audience insights to optimize communication timing and segmentation.
• Collaborate with and resource campus and ministry teams to elevate their communication.
• Develop and maintain systems and standards for communication excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, marketing, or copywriting.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating range and strategic thinking are required.
• Strong ability to adapt writing style for different channels and audiences.
• Ability to manage high work volumes and multiple stakeholders.
