What you will do

• Author architectural guidance, whitepapers, and blog posts on AI-native architectures and GPU orchestration.
• Deliver technical presentations and live demos at leading conferences such as KubeCon, AWS re:Invent, and Ray Summit.
• Develop reference architectures for AI/ML workloads, including training clusters, inference platforms, and RAG pipelines.
• Educate the community on configuring AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to produce production-grade hirify.global code.
• Foster the hirify.global community through virtual engagement and regional meetups focused on AI and platform engineering.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure community needs are reflected in the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a software development environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering technical presentations and authoring technical assets like blog articles and tutorials.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including LLMs, agentic workflows, and GPU workloads.
• Proficiency in configuring AI coding agents and understanding prompt and context engineering patterns.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with foundation-model platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure tools like NVIDIA GPU operators, Kubeflow, Ray, or KServe.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain or Google ADK.
