What you will do

• Develop and edit non-technical sections of proposals while assisting technical authors.
• Participate in cost/pricing reviews and ensure proposals meet RFP requirements and standards.
• Prepare pre-proposal submissions, RFIs, and recommend proposal layouts.
• Plan, schedule, and administer proposal efforts under supervision.
• Document findings, communicate results, and interact with internal/external personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Must be located in San Diego, CA (92121); able to work extended hours and travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related; equivalent experience may substitute.
• Basic understanding of proposal concepts, FAR, and governmental regulations.
• Strong communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, handle multiple tasks.
