What you will do

• Design, build, and automate large-scale ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Improve performance and scalability of existing pipelines to meet time-sensitive product needs.
• Implement new data features to support advanced model usage for training data generation.
• Develop and maintain logical and physical database designs, including schema definitions.
• Partner with data scientists and stakeholders to define data requirements and implementation strategies.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all data platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with Python and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL process design.
• Experience with database technologies and data storage systems.
• Must be based in the United States, specifically Washington State.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting search, ranking, or recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with large-scale data systems for ML or AI workflows.
• Experience with data labeling or feature engineering.
• Proficiency in C#.
