What you will do

• Configure and maintain reliable data feeds and synchronization pipelines from source systems to the data platform.
• Design and implement data transformations and derived datasets using Spark-based transforms and Contour.
• Model operational data by defining objects, relationships, and actions reflecting real-world workflows.
• Build ontology-backed applications (Workshop, Slate, Object Explorer) to answer concrete operational questions.
• Leverage AI-powered capabilities to automate workflows and surface actionable insights.
• Monitor build pipelines and applications to investigate failures and drive performance fixes across the stack.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• Strong engineering or quantitative background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python (including PySpark, Pandas) and SQL.
• Understanding of object-based/ontology-driven design and data modeling.
• Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks (Spark) and version-controlled development.
• Experience working with AI-enabled data or decision support tools (agents, copilots, etc.).
