What you will do

  • Design and evolve the practice area organization while actively managing the regional P&L.
  • Execute regional strategy across markets and product lines, leading cross-training initiatives to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Establish and improve delivery standards to maximize client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • Partner with regional Sales to enable growth, retention, and profitability through strategic client engagements.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement best-in-class delivery practices and reduce operational cycle times.
  • Lead employee engagement and retention efforts, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in Analytics Consulting and/or Market Research within complex client environments.
  • Strong expertise in applying Analytics solutions to deliver actionable business outcomes.
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes within the CPG ecosystem, including modern and traditional trade channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
