What you will do
- Design and evolve the practice area organization while actively managing the regional P&L.
- Execute regional strategy across markets and product lines, leading cross-training initiatives to ensure delivery excellence.
- Establish and improve delivery standards to maximize client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Partner with regional Sales to enable growth, retention, and profitability through strategic client engagements.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement best-in-class delivery practices and reduce operational cycle times.
- Lead employee engagement and retention efforts, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Analytics Consulting and/or Market Research within complex client environments.
- Strong expertise in applying Analytics solutions to deliver actionable business outcomes.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing, engaged teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of sales processes within the CPG ecosystem, including modern and traditional trade channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
