What you will do
- Act as a delivery manager across multiple customer engagements, coordinating professional services resources.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer engagements managed by your team members.
- Educate management on best practices for system administration, service management, automation, and observability.
- Assist customers in aligning people, processes, and workflows with the Cloud Operating Model.
- Manage a small team of Resident Technology Architects and Consultants, including career growth and professional development.
- Track data on the impact of services on customer success.
Requirements
- Fluent English required.
- Deep experience designing and implementing technical systems and services.
- Great experience leading technical teams in the delivery of large projects or initiatives.
- Experience managing client relationships and escalations.
- Thorough understanding of DevOps processes and automation tool chains.
- Intermediate expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure management.
- Proven track record of assisting with or driving cloud transformation.
Nice to have
- Fluent Spanish.
- Passion for thought leadership in cloud operating model, organizational transformation, cloud operations, or SRE.
