What you will do

• Own and scale production systems at the intersection of Security, DevOps, and Reliability.
• Design and manage secure CI/CD pipelines with strict access control and release gating.
• Implement infrastructure hardening and conduct regular security audits.
• Lead end-to-end incident response and ensure overall system reliability.
• Collaborate with a deeply technical team to secure internet-facing systems.

Requirements

• Strong DevOps/SRE background running production, internet-facing systems.
• Proven security expertise in red teaming, penetration testing, and infrastructure audits.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Terraform/IaC.
• Experience building secure CI/CD pipelines (secrets management, access control).
• Must be based in the US or Europe

Nice to have

• Experience securing fintech or crypto systems.
• Knowledge of WAF, DDoS protection, and abuse prevention.
• Exposure to smart contract-adjacent security risks.
