TL;DR

GTM Systems Engineer (AI): Designing and scaling the revenue infrastructure by automating workflows and integrating GTM platforms with an accent on AI agent deployment and data pipeline engineering. Focus on building custom programmatic systems, reducing manual data entry, and optimizing the full sales funnel.

Location: Hybrid in London (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-person)

What you will do

  • Architect and optimize automated revenue workflows across the full funnel, from lead qualification to omnichannel outreach.
  • Design and deploy AI agents for account research, personalized messaging, and pre-call intelligence using tools like Clay, Gong, and Claude.
  • Build and manage data pipelines for firmographic, technographic, and intent data enrichment.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to translate commercial strategy into scalable technical systems.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on funnel metrics and conversion rates to systematically improve revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a technical GTM role such as GTM Engineer, RevOps, or Solutions Engineer.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience working directly with APIs and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience integrating platforms like HubSpot and Gong, and building workflows with Zapier or n8n.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and the business logic of sales funnels.
  • Proven ability to build custom technical solutions and ship v1 iterations quickly in ambiguous environments.

Hiring process
