What you will do

• Lead complex implementation projects for Fortune 500 customers to maximize the value of the hirify.global platform.
• Design and execute implementation roadmaps while managing technical risks and dependencies.
• Integrate complex data estates and create seamless connections between various data systems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to expand the platform's connector ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on data engineering best practices and optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer, consultant, or in a field engineering role.
• Deep expertise in data pipeline development, ETL processes, and system integration.
• Working knowledge of orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of managing technical relationships with enterprise clients.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States
