Fullstack Engineer (Go/TypeScript/AI)

TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (Go/TypeScript/AI): Building and scaling personalization and data platforms with an accent on Go microservices, TypeScript applications, and Python-based AI agents. Location: Hybrid based in South Charlotte, NC (Tuesday-Thursday in office)

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Build dynamic user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Develop high-performance backend APIs and services using Go.
• Create intelligent agents and agentic systems with Python and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Manage end-to-end feature delivery from design through deployment.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and AWS.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and design teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with or a strong ability to learn Go (Golang).
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship or corp-to-corp (C2C) available.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Go in high-traffic environments.
• Experience with LLM orchestration and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or contributions to open source projects.
