What you will do

• Prototype and develop scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
• Architect full stack applications and integrate AI-powered features into products.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through test-driven development and documentation.
• Act as a mentor for colleagues and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
• Optimize development workflows by effectively integrating AI tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
• Translate business requirements into performant and robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Belgium
• Solid experience with back-end development using Node.js, MongoDB, SQL, and messaging systems (AMQP).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including ES6, HTML5, CSS3, and React or Angular.
• Deep understanding of REST, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT, and OpenAPI.
• Strong grasp of software engineering best practices: Git, unit testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• English: Fluent proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience with C# or Java.
• Solid instinct for microservices and event-driven design.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
