Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (2 days per week at the office)

What you will do

• Own consumer-facing AI products end-to-end, from opportunity identification to implementation and measurement.
• Embed AI (LLMs, agents) across consumer flows including discovery, recommendations, and retention.
• Develop prototypes and production-ready experiences using AI coding tools to accelerate the product cycle.
• Define success metrics and run A/B tests and evaluations to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with Design, Growth, and Engineering teams to translate ambiguous opportunities into concrete bets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience building consumer-facing digital products as a builder, founder, or product engineer.
• Proven hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into production environments.
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, and modern AI development workflows.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication of technical and product ideas.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain for a hybrid office setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and evaluation frameworks.
• Background in tech startups or a track record of shipping products as a solo founder or indie builder.
• Strong product taste and design sensitivity.
• Experience with lean validation and defining primary and guardrail metrics.
