What you will do

• Operate and support the Java-based Trade Store distributed system critical to the IPA platform.
• Monitor application health, performance, and data quality, respondhirify.global to alerts and incidents.
• Handle incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurrhirify.global production issues.
• Implement and maintain automation for deployments, monitorhirify.global, and operational checks.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines ushirify.global Azure DevOps and apply IT Risk and Security controls.
• Maintain clear operational documentation in ServiceNow and Confluence.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT operations, platform engineerhirify.global, or software engineerhirify.global.
• Experience supporthirify.global production systems in a regulated or enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Linux (RHEL), Shell scripthirify.global, Python, Ansible, and Git.
• Mandatory experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
