What you will do

• Lead a team of Implementation Coordinators to execute Project Scheduled activities and IMAC management.
• Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors to meet key customer deliverables and SLAs.
• Oversee revenue reconciliation, partner billing summaries, and financial management for assigned projects.
• Act as the principal representative and second-level escalation point for internal and external customer queries.
• Draft customer installation performance reports and provide operational input for Project Managers.
• Ensure data integrity within NCR systems and tracking tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex rollouts in fast-paced and challenging environments.
• Strong competence in all standard office software packages.
• Solid understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
