Salary: Up to £100,000 base + performance bonus + equity

What you will do

• Drive design decisions as a self-directed member of a cross-functional team.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to launch across mobile and web.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to iterate and fine-tune the product.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and design system evolution.
• Write clear, concise UX copy tailored to the specific context and audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning end-to-end design for digital, user-facing products.
• Exceptional visual craft with strong attention to detail and polish.
• Ability to design complex features while maintaining product consistency.
• Technical confidence to understand and design within engineering constraints.
• Proactive approach to identifying UX opportunities using data and insights.
• Location: Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 4 days a week.
