Analytics Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own core CoE processes, including recruitment, placement, onboarding, and structured career growth for the engineering team.
• Design and implement scalable process improvements to increase organizational efficiency and innovation.
• Coach and mentor Engineering Leads and engineers to elevate technical seniority, performance, and professional ownership.
• Manage complex data projects from inception to completion, ensuring stakeholder alignment and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor and optimize key CoE metrics, specifically resource utilization and placement success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources and manage dependencies to achieve shared organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total professional experience with a track record of increasing responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience in specialized data roles (Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Data Science).
• 2+ years of experience in leadership roles managing high-performing teams or complex projects.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) with exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Mastery of SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipeline design.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments building technical proposals.
• Experience implementing training programs focused on the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Direct exposure to AI and Generative AI integration within analytics workflows.
• Proven success in scaling teams or operational processes within a rapidly growing startup.
• Active participation in the data community via open-source, conferences, or technical blogging.
