What you will do
- Run and support email marketing reporting and performance analysis primarily within Klaviyo and other ESPs.
- Manage customer support and escalation tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing engagement efforts to ensure client success.
- Prepare materials and action items for customer meetings and provide direct support to the CEO.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to surface customer feedback and address day-to-day operational needs.
- Join customer calls in a supporting capacity as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or lifecycle/email marketing.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar ESPs (e.g., Attentive, Listrak).
- Comfort working with marketing data, running reports, and identifying performance insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility for a US-based 1099 contractor role.

- Exposure to AI tools or workflows.
- Experience working at a startup or supporting high-growth teams.
- Basic familiarity with HTML or technical troubleshooting.
