TL;DR

Customer Success and Onboarding Manager (AI): Ensuring customers are successfully launched and generating real revenue through an AI-powered business platform with an accent on funnel diagnosis and performance optimization. Focus on identifying system bottlenecks across ads and lead conversion and implementing rapid fixes to ensure product value.

Location: Must be based in North America or Canada (Remote)

Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 + Equity

AI-native business platform for service providers, backed by YC and Sam Altman, designed to automate lead generation, websites, and CRM for small businesses.

What you will do

  • Own the onboarding process and early success for each customer.
  • Launch and monitor ad performance, websites, and conversion funnels.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across the full funnel, including traffic, lead quality, and customer behavior.
  • Coach customers on lead follow-up and operational processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product gaps or technical issues.
  • Continuously optimize and improve system performance across the customer base.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in high-performance environments (startups, consulting, sales, or operations).
  • Must be based in North America or Canada.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to reason through complex systems.
  • High level of ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously.
  • New graduates with a track record of high-level achievements are welcome.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital marketing, ads, or customer operations.
