VIP Account Manager (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote; listed locations include Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia

What you will do

• Communicate with VIP and pre-VIP clients through messengers, live chats, email, and phone calls.
• Analyze client accounts and create personalized activation and reactivation plans.
• Monitor player activity and grow deposits, turnover, and average check across the assigned portfolio.
• Handle significant wins and losses and resolve failed deposit and withdrawal issues.
• Analyze complaints and suggestions to improve the customer experience.
• Track portfolio and team performance, collaborate with analytics, and escalate product issues through internal tickets.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian plus either English or Korean, with confident verbal and written communication.
• Hands-on iGaming experience in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management.
• Experience proactively managing VIP player portfolios and driving player activity.
• Understanding of product metrics and confidence working with analytics, CRM, and internal tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for handling conflicts, significant losses, and demanding clients.
• Typing speed of 200+ characters per minute and the ability to handle 5–10 chats simultaneously.
