What you will do

• Define and execute the AI automation strategy across the company.
• Identify and prioritize data-heavy business processes suitable for automation.
• Design and implement AI-based solutions, including AI agents and personas for operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of automated processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of automation developers.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or building AI or automation projects from scratch.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, or automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Good communication skills in Russian.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
