Location: Hybrid in Paris, Amsterdam, Athens, Vienna, Milan, Lisbon, Belgrade, Brussels, Berlin, or Barcelona

What you will do

  • Ship high-impact financial features end-to-end in collaboration with Product Managers and Designers.
  • Actively shape the product roadmap by understanding business needs and prototyping solutions quickly.
  • Operate within a highly autonomous squad, owning decisions and shipping independently without bureaucratic red tape.
  • Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate development, testing, and deployment processes.

Requirements

  • Domain knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, or tax-related products.
  • Experience with Swift, Kotlin, or other modern mobile development environments.
  • AI-native workflow: proficiency in using AI tools to supercharge coding and deployment.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to navigate complex domain logic and challenge specifications.
  • Strong communication skills in English for collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

Hiring process

  • Two 1-hour interviews: first with Talent Acquisition and then with the Head of Engineering or a Team Lead.
  • A 2-hour live exercise to demonstrate problem-solving and technical thinking.
