Location: Based in San Sebastian office (Spain), working with remotely distributed team; annual in-person meetings.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript, building new app from scratch.
- Contribute to architecture and evolution of existing Driver App and supporting services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to deliver user-centric features.
- Work with engineering teams on system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Own full development lifecycle from idea to production monitoring.
- Lead or mentor engineers on code quality, best practices, and technical discussions.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-stack development with TypeScript, Node.js, and React Native.
- Proven experience building and maintaining mobile apps at scale.
- Experience with mobile development lifecycle, including app store deployments.
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, RN Detox).
- Excellent communication and collaborative mindset for mentoring.
Nice to have
- Native mobile development (Kotlin/Swift).
- Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda).
- Backend with Node.js/TypeScript.
- Infrastructure-as-code (AWS CDK).
- Background in public transport or mobility.
