What you will do

• Build and ship new high-impact features and improvements to the AY App using Dart and Flutter.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and designers to deliver new components and features.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical debt and build internal tools to enhance team productivity.
• Contribute to team processes through regular agile retrospectives.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of programming experience, with at least 1 year of app development experience.
• Extensive experience in Flutter and frontend development.
• Strong expertise in UI development and building complex frontend logic.
• Ability to write well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code.
• English: Proficiency required for working in an English-speaking environment.
• Location: Based in Hamburg or Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Design awareness and ability to collaborate closely with designers.
• Familiarity with gRPC and Go in a shop backend environment.
• Expertise in UI and Animation development.
