Technical Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of technical projects from planning through deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and compliance teams to align on scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, and communicate status to stakeholders including executives.
• Ensure deliverables meet business needs, technical requirements, quality standards, and agile best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and improve team workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in technical project management, preferably in software or fintech.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with remote or globally distributed teams and trading companies supporting product, tech, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies.
• Knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulatory considerations.
• Mastery of Jira and Atlassian suite.
