Senior Product Manager (Web3)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Web3): Building and optimizing infrastructure for securing and moving digital assets with an accent on wallet architecture, signing infrastructure, and policy-governed movements. Focus on designing end-to-end deposit/withdrawal flows and scaling institutional custody capabilities.

Location: Remote (Strongly preferred timezone +/- 3 hours of US East Coast)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Custody, prioritizing asset integrations and policy engine capabilities.
• Design end-to-end deposit and withdrawal flows, from API contracts to wallet operations and signing.
• Manage relationships and integrations with custody technology partners and node infrastructure vendors.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering to deliver production-ready systems.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to automate reconciliation and exception handling for on-chain activity.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Security, and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment and robust fraud protection.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong background in building API-based products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals (wallet architecture, MPC, HSM, multi-sig).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to engineering teams and executive management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and Jira for project management.
• Strongly preferred to be in a timezone +/- 3 hours of US East Coast.

Nice to have

• Experience building institutional custody, wallet, or staking products.
• Familiarity with EVM and non-EVM chain integrations.
• Prior software or sales engineering experience.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
