Salary: €5,000–€8,000 per month gross

What you will do

• Maintain and improve existing infrastructure systems to ensure high availability.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
• Collaborate with the Development team to enhance production stability and reliability.
• Lead and mentor a senior team of 3+ DevOps engineers.
• Manage scalable deployments using various cloud providers.
• Participate in technical decision-making and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools including Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Practical expertise in managing PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis (tuning, replication, backup).
• Working knowledge of message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Management experience leading a senior team of 3+ people.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh solutions like Consul.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools: ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of load balancers such as HAProxy.
