What you will do

• Perform first-level review, analysis, and adjudication of watchlist alerts generated by automated screening tools.
• Conduct sanctions investigations and assess fraudulent activity to ensure compliance with OFAC and other global regulations.
• Identify and escalate quality issues regarding alert generation to senior compliance analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test effective screening strategies.
• Assist in automating compliance department functions and drafting internal operating procedures.
• Support the creation of training materials for the overall sanctions compliance and platform testing team.

Requirements

• College degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in AML, Sanctions, or Testing.
• Entry-level experience working with third-party automated screening tools.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-regional collaboration.
• Must be located within AMER, UK/EU, or APAC time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with cryptocurrency and digital assets.
• CAMS or CGSS certification.
• Experience working with Money Service Businesses (MSBs).
