What you will do

• Design and build data-driven hotel optimization models using advanced analytics and data science techniques.
• Identify revenue opportunities through creative solutions and drive their implementation.
• Continuously refine models using A/B testing or test/control frameworks built from scratch.
• Lead strategic quantitative analysis to optimize hotel supply and support key business decisions.
• Automate processes and build API connectivity using SQL, Python, and JSON.
• Build, lead, and manage a new team and function within the hotel optimization domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Data Science, Maths, Business/Economics); Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Data Scientist in a commercial environment.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries from scratch and a deep understanding of databases.
• Advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI for developing automated reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for data storytelling.
