Hybrid, connected to the local office in Belgrade, Serbia. Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Serbia.

What you will do

• Partner with Producers and Game Teams to define and develop compelling visual directions.
• Create high-quality production art including characters, environments, backgrounds, animations, and UI elements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver engaging visual solutions.
• Produce visually striking content efficiently without compromising on quality.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Excellent drawing and design fundamentals (color, lighting, composition, form).
• Proven experience in 2D animation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
• Proactive, self-driven approach with ability to work independently.
• Include link to portfolio with slot/casino concept artwork (casino realism, symbols, UI, key art); applications without it will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with Unity.
• Knowledge of 3D tools (Maya, Blender).
• Background in game development.
• Knowledge and experience in Spine.
