TL;DR

Director, Enterprise Sales, Brokerage (Crypto): Drive sales pipeline growth within institutional brokerage business targeting corporate clients, banks, and financial institutions with an accent on trading and tokenization infrastructure. Focus on sourcing and nurturing opportunities, strategizing account plans, executing deal pitches, and handling RFPs, proposals, and negotiations.

Location: Fully remote for candidates based in New York (New York, NY / Chicago, IL).

What you will do

  • Drive sales pipeline growth targeting corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, and registered investment advisors.
  • Source, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities focused on trading and tokenization infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with senior sales managers on account plans, deal pitches, RFPs, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct industry and competitor research on payments and digital-asset markets.
  • Support sales campaigns through conference attendance, partner events, and thought leadership content.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments, payment protocols, and tokenization trends.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in brokerage, trading, or capital markets; at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Experience in cryptocurrency or digital assets highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in traditional and digital asset markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships; excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
