What you will do

• Administer and maintain VistA network infrastructure in compliance with government IT standards.
• Collaborate with technical engineers to troubleshoot, resolve, and document network issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed network diagrams and associated technical documentation.
• Present network configurations, updates, and performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of network tasks within a SAFe/Agile environment.
• Monitor network performance and ensure strict security compliance to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator supporting government IT systems, preferably VistA.
• Strong ability to create network diagrams using industry-standard tools.
• Familiarity with SAFe/Agile methodologies and agile ceremonies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
