Location: Porto, Portugal (Rotation scheme: 80% of time spent traveling globally)

What you will do

  • Coordinate and supervise blade teams on-site, providing technical guidance for inspections and repairs.
  • Perform technical audits and field controls of third-party blade service companies.
  • Plan and execute fault clearance activities and manage SNOW tickets.
  • Analyze defect evaluations and develop cross-functional technical solutions.
  • Create repair reports and deliver training to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational blade services.
  • Technical degree or equivalent professional knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in a rotation scheme with 80% international travel.
  • Fluent English proficiency (Professional level); Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong systematic problem-solving skills.
