TL;DR

Marketing Intern (Beauty): Supporting the Travel Retail Europe Marketing Team in the development and execution of brand plans with an accent on marketing activations, market research, and e-commerce execution. Focus on analyzing consumer trends, coordinating brand assets, and optimizing digital presence across e-retail sites.

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Geneva, Switzerland. Hybrid setup (up to 50% remote).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute direct-to-consumer activations, including traffic tools, GWPs, and consumer contests.
  • Gather and analyze consumer and market trends and competitor best practices to drive recommendations.
  • Manage digital and e-commerce execution on e-Retail sites, updating content and auditing brand compliance.
  • Prepare business analysis for monthly brand reviews and track performance of new launches.
  • Support Sales and Merchandising teams by providing brand guidelines and managing asset libraries.
  • Coordinate the creation and approval of campaign assets with Global Brand Teams and agencies.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Management, Marketing, Business, or Economics.
  • Experience in Marketing within the Beauty and/or Fashion industries.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Travel Retail.
  • Fluency in French and Spanish.
