What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Site GMs and rental partners as the primary point of contact.
- Manage damage validation (DVIRs) to ensure damages are captured and validated with necessary evidence.
- Monitor the support platform daily to track and ensure the resolution of tickets.
- Guide, train, and coach on-site teams in system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and maximize ROI for clients.
- Simultaneously manage multiple site relationships while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage multiple strategic accounts or operational projects.
- Strong technical aptitude with general knowledge of software, dashboards, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for site visits.
- Ability to work on-site in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain) within automotive service lanes.
- Familiarity with the automotive or rental car industry is an advantage.
