TL;DR

Location: Remote (EU, Non-EU, Ukraine)

Ukrainian product and publishing game development company specializing in mobile puzzle games.

What you will do

  • Design scouting, game evaluation, and selection processes.
  • Create standardized partner onboarding and Go/No-Go decision systems.
  • Lead the evaluation of incoming pipeline games and recommend candidates for publishing.
  • Take full ownership of all new publishing titles and coordinate their delivery.
  • Participate in regular cross-team publishing syncs.
  • Identify gaps in process/tooling and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the current mobile games market, publishing, and competition.
  • Experience running soft launch, launch, A/B tests, and LiveOps.
  • Expertise in mobile games: retention, monetization, and UA fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience with BI tools (e.g., Amplitude).
  • Ability to work with external teams and align deliverables and timelines.
  • Strong written and spoken English and Ukrainian.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Puzzle, Casual, or Hybrid-casual genres.
  • Publishing background in 3rd-party titles management.
  • Experience with ad monetization.
  • Familiarity with marketability and creative testing pipelines.
