• Conduct prompt investigations into vehicle ownership and ensure accurate payments to stakeholders.
• Perform detailed total loss assessments and maintain precise chronological file notes.
• Communicate claim decisions and progression to policyholders to reduce inbound inquiry volume.
• Expertly assess policy indemnity and identify fraud indicators.
• Utilize effective diary management to optimize settlement times.
