TL;DR

Project Manager (igaming): Lead large-scale cross-product projects and programs in gambling software delivery with an accent on bridging business and technology in a matrix B2B environment. Focus on managing full project lifecycle, driving licensee satisfaction, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication including C-level executives.

Location: Derech Menachem Begin 121, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel (onsite, flexibility to travel from time to time)

What you will do

  • Manage multiple large-scale cross-product projects and programs from inception to delivery and closure
  • Lead dedicated teams in matrix environment, set priorities, optimize resources, and build relationships
  • Own end-to-end project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables with proactive mitigation
  • Drive licensee satisfaction through quality outcomes, expectation management, and transparent communication
  • Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders including C-level executives and partners
  • Handle escalation management, governance, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

  • 7-8 years proven experience as Project Manager leading large-scale multi-product software delivery projects
  • Experience with international customer-facing projects and stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies and tools like Monday.com, Jira, MS Project
  • Solid technical foundation to bridge business needs and technical implementation
  • Success in matrix-structured organizations; B.Sc. in relevant field (MBA advantage)
  • Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
