What you will do

• Lead the HW development stream of hirify.global’s products.
• Coordinate between R&D professional disciplines including Opto-mechanics, HW, System architecture, and SW.
• Manage end-to-end project responsibility for HW deliveries, from requirements closure to production and bring-up.
• Ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices in collaboration with NPI and production teams.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for global customers and company executives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in large-scale technical project management within a multidisciplinary company.
• Must have a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HW roles (e.g., Mechanical Engineer, HW Board Designer, or System Engineer).
• Proven experience with HW development methodologies such as SRR, PDR, and CDR.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew (verbal and written) for customer-facing interactions.

Nice to have

• M.Sc. degree.
• Strong background in the automotive industry.
• Experience in design for manufacturing, design to cost, and design for testing (e.g., injection molding, die casting).
• Experience with HW validation concepts and methodologies.
