What you will do

• Create and manage user accounts, email, internal systems, and access rights
• Grant, update, and revoke access permissions
• Register domains, issue and renew SSL certificates
• Set up VPN, RDP, and basic connectivity
• Support employee laptops, software, and work environments
• Install and configure internal tools and services
• Troubleshoot system, network, and hardware issues
• Maintain documentation for configurations and processes

Requirements

• Basic experience in System Administration or IT Support
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN)
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
• Familiarity with user accounts and access management
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to handle routine tasks and troubleshoot common issues
