TL;DR

Sales Manager (Business Accounts) (Fintech): Manage the full B2B sales cycle for corporate payment solutions including IBAN accounts and SEPA/SWIFT with an accent on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure in European markets. Focus on qualifying prospects, pitching products at events, negotiating terms, and achieving revenue targets.

Location: Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe. Employment offered by Malta-based entity.

Fully licensed EMI (FCA) and Mastercard Principal Member building AI-powered payment technologies for PSPs, EMIs, neobanks, including global card processing, digital wallets, and cross-border accounts.

What you will do

  • Identify and research target corporate clients across European markets
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach and qualify prospects through the full outbound sales cycle
  • Attend industry conferences and events to generate and convert B2B leads
  • Pitch products, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate deal terms to close sales
  • Achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets via proactive outbound activity
  • Transfer clients to Account Management and maintain CRM records
  • Gather market feedback for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Business Accounts and corporate payment solutions (IBAN, SEPA/SWIFT or equivalent)
  • Experience in B2B sales within banking, EMI, or payments institutions
  • Strong track record in outbound B2B sales and client acquisition
  • Ability to independently build and manage sales pipeline
  • Fluent Russian and English, additional languages advantageous
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe
  • Self-driven, proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
