What you will do
- Support Brand Manager in turning consumer data into actionable insights and monitoring social media perceptions, especially for younger audiences.
- Contribute to brand projects across marketing functions, ensuring consumer-focused communication aligned with brand equity.
- Develop and implement advertising plans incorporating international best practices and digital components, managing agencies for optimal creative output.
- Manage product and packaging launches as key contact with HQ, addressing country-specific needs.
- Assist in annual business planning, budget tracking, and delivering the brand portion of plans.
- Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and cross-industry brands for co-branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin, business level proficiency.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or consumer-facing sectors.
- Ability to translate market data into actionable ideas and understand consumer behavior.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills for coordinating teams and agencies.
- Basic commercial acumen for tracking campaign performance and market trends.
- Experience in partnership coordination and vendor management.
