What you will do

• Act as lead spokesperson for hirify.global A&D China, building media networks and directing digital channels and press releases.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of major events like Auto Shanghai and partner launches.
• Drive joint marketing initiatives with OEM partners through the "Step 1 to Done" process.
• Conduct monthly OEM sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
• Design and deliver monthly B2B email newsletters and coordinate global CRM for targeted engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B Marketing within China Automotive/OEM or Tier-1 Supplier sector
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, digital marketing methodologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot)
• Proven ability to translate complex sales data and market research into strategic reports
• Native-level Mandarin and professional-grade English
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
