Requirements analysis, system design, Python + AI development, troubleshooting, performance optimisation

Build scalable Python apps with FastAPI + Pydantic

Asynchronous / parallel programming with asyncio

Code reviews — enforce guidelines & quality

Integrate multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.)

Work independently & collaboratively

Coordinate day-to-day operations & provide clear instructions

Regular client communication

Technical leadership: mentor, coach, lead by example

5+ years in development

Strong Python + FastAPI

Pydantic for data validation & schema definition

Hands-on asyncio, async/parallel programming

GenAI + LLMs for real-world problems & agentic AI applications

RAG pipelines + hybrid search with vector databases

Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset

Pragmatic balance between process & flexibility

Self-management, prioritisation, deadline-driven

Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills

English: Intermediate+

Azure Cloud (Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage, Redis, etc.)

Agentic protocols: MCP, A2A
