What you will do

• Resolve most complex DevOps tasks and provide immediate response to alerts.
• Lead a team of Product Operations engineers.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of service-management processes and develop improvement plans.
• Establish key operational performance indicators and plans to track and improve them.
• Liaise with SL1/SL3, 3rd parties, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports to direct manager.

Requirements

• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years as DevOps or SRE engineer + 1+ years leading/managing.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and hands-on experience in production environments with zero tolerance for errors.
• Strong experience in Linux, Docker, Ansible/Puppet, Git/Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes/Nomad, Terraform, monitoring (Grafana/Prometheus/Nagios/Sensu), logging (Elastic Stack/Loki).
• Effective interaction with senior management, technical experts, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting web applications with microservices, Akka cluster, NoSQL (MongoDB/Couchbase), NGINX.
• Programming skills in Python/Bash.
• Experience in global, multilingual organization.
