What you will do

• Champion Databricks capabilities like AgentBricks, Genie Spaces, Unity Catalog, and Feature Store across data science teams.
• Organize internal trainings, workshops, and tech forums to build AI/ML community of practice.
• Define guidelines for generative AI vs traditional ML, MLOps/AI Ops standards, and decision frameworks.
• Produce technical blueprints, reference architectures, best-practice guides, and internal communications.
• Collect feedback from teams, evaluate new features, and act as bridge between platform team and data community.

Requirements

• 7+ years in data science, ML engineering, or AI platform roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks in production environments.
• Experience defining MLOps or AI Ops practices across teams.
• Proven track record driving technology adoption at scale; enablement experience a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership as senior individual contributor, collaborative with stakeholders.
