What you will do

• Design, build, and quality-assure RL tasks as self-contained software engineering challenges with prompts, environments, and automated graders.
• Own full lifecycle: ideation, grading infrastructure, running frontier models, failure analysis, and iteration targeting capability gaps.
• Direct coding agents effectively, evaluate outputs, and detect subtle failures.
• Contribute to shared infrastructure like build pipelines, QA automation, or engineering tooling.

Requirements

• Strong technical fundamentals and intuition for AI model behavior, especially coding agents' capabilities and limitations.
• Can code in Python.
• Confident working independently at a consistent pace with high ownership.
• Ability to produce informative tasks distinguishing genuine capability gaps from grader issues.
