What you will do

• Manage technical project milestones, update development schedules, and prepare necessary project documentation.
• Lead development activities for air spring and bellow design, including the preparation of specifications and package studies.
• Conduct DRBFM and FMEA discussions to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, prepare supplier specifications, and determine development costs.
• Supervise the start of series production, including plant discussions and initial assembly support.
• Ensure full legal compliance regarding occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant technical field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in the automotive supplier industry.
• Experience as a product responsible person for modules in ESS ASM with at least one successfully completed project.
• English: Good knowledge (B2) for working in international teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Changshu, China.
